Pico do Jaraguá

Pico do Jaraguá is the highest point in the city of São Paulo, towering at an altitude of 1,135 meters. Is located in the West of the serra da Cantareira. In its surroundings was created the Parque Estadual do Jaraguá, for conservation of the area.



Estação da Luz

 The Light rail station was opened to the public in 1901. Its premises occupied 7,500 square meters of Garden of light and was built by the São Paulo Railway Company with structures, brought from England, who write the Big Ben and Westminster Abbey. The Luz station is the main proof of the importance and of the development that the culture of coffee-which required increased rail for the disposal of proceeds from the Jundiaí region to the port of Santos-brought not only to the city and the State.

The importance of the São Paulo Station, as it was officially known, lasted until the end of World War II, after this period, the railway was being replaced by air and road transport. Later, the station began to receive commuter trains. Stay on the outskirts of the Centre, at the end of AV. Cásper Líbero.    

Catedral da Sé

The Cathedral is considered the largest church in the city of São Paulo and one of the five largest neo-Gothic temples in the world, with the ability to receive eight thousand people. After three years of renovations, the Cathedral was reopened in 2002 and returned to have masses daily. The Cathedral has in its interior a large number of works of sacred art, magnificent stained glass Windows and mosaics. Just opposite the Cathedral da Sé is the ground Zero of the city of São Paulo, a hexagonal-shaped marble monument where each side represents a Brazilian State.

Parque do Ibirapuera

Designed by Oscar Niemeyer, is the most important urban park in the city of São Paulo, a great choice for family rides. With spaces dedicated to leisure and physical activity as a clue decooper, sports courts, playgrounds and an immense green area for relaxing by the Lake, ideal for picnics and outdoor play. Cultural attractions in the Park are varied, as the Planetarium, the Lucas Nogueira Garcez Pavilion (OCA), Museum of modern art (MAM), the biennial Foundation and Basement of the arts and the Museum of contemporary art (MAC), with major exhibitions and frequent events.

Museu do Ipiranga

 The Grand building of the Museum has a Renaissance style architecture, symbol of the city of São Paulo, and houses the Museu Paulista USP, a scientific, cultural and educational institution. On site are also promoted exhibitions, courses and educational programmes. The Museum offers scheduled technical visits related to the themes of the exhibitions of the Museum and leisure activities for children. Most of the exhibitions is permanent, as the exhibition "Independence or Death", with many objects from the colonial period, such as clothes, props and period furniture.

 This tourist spot is the symbol of the city. Wear comfortable shoes and get ready to walk the 2.5 km long Avenue. Save some money to watch movies in the alternative Cultural reserve, have a cup of coffee at Casa das Rosas, breathe the fresh air of the Atlantic forest in the Trianon Park, lunch at the National Assembly, to buy good books in the Megastores of Martins Fontes, Livraria Cultura, FNAC and mining relics in feirinha of antique shops in the MASP and taking a very cold beer in the Option, a typical bar in São Paulo.

During the Super Bowl receives classic games of Brazilian football, being one of the most visited sights of the city of São Paulo. The Morumbi is also the scene of major national and international shows and small events, courses and lectures. For visitors, some agencies conduct guided tours that take sightseers in exclusive places of the stadium, as the memorial of the team, press conference rooms, the players ' locker room, the players ' entrance tunnel and the Morumbi Concept Hall space.

If your interested in Sao Paulo is finding enough attractive priced products, your place is the street March 25. It has everything: clothing, jewelry, toys, electronics, home objects, fabrics, costumes and party items. The São Paulo Zoo is the largest Zoo in Brazil. It is located in an area of 824,529 m² of original Atlantic forest, with 4 miles of malls. Houses the historic headwaters of the Ipiranga Creek, South of the city of São Paulo.









Hopi Hari

Hopi Hari is a Brazilian theme park located at km 72 of Rodovia dos Bandeirantes, municipality of Vinhedo, São Paulo State. The Park is about 30 km from Campinas and 72 km from São Paulo.










Museu de Arte de São Paulo

Is located, since November 7, 1968, on Paulista Avenue, São Paulo city, in a building designed by Italian-Brazilian architect Lina Bo Bardi to be its headquarters. Famous for will-free from more than 70 meters stretching under four huge pillars, designed by engineer Jose Carlos de Figueiredo Ferraz, the building is considered an important example of brutalist architecture in Brazil and one of the most popular icons of the city of São Paulo, being protected by three levels of executive power.

 The Municipal Theatre of São Paulo or São Paulo1 Theatro Municipal is one of the most important theaters of the city and one of the postcards of São Paulo as much for its architectural style similar to that of the most important theaters in the world, and clearly inspired by the Paris Opera, as for its historical significance for being the stage of the week of modern art in 1922 the beginnings of modernism in Brazil.
