Pico do Jaraguá

Pico do Jaraguá is the highest point in the city of São Paulo, towering
at an altitude of 1,135 meters. Is located in the West of the serra da
Cantareira. In its surroundings was created the Parque Estadual do Jaraguá, for
conservation of the area.
Estação da Luz
The importance of the
São Paulo Station, as it was officially known, lasted
until the end of World War II, after this period, the railway was being
replaced by air and road transport. Later, the station began to receive

Catedral
da Sé

The Cathedral is
considered the largest church in the city of São Paulo and one of the five
largest neo-Gothic temples in the world, with the ability to receive eight
thousand people. After three years of renovations, the Cathedral was reopened
in 2002 and returned to have masses daily. The Cathedral has in its interior a
large number of works of sacred art, magnificent stained glass Windows and mosaics.
Just opposite the Cathedral da Sé is the ground Zero of the city of São Paulo,
a hexagonal-shaped marble monument where each side represents a Brazilian
State.
